Abu Nechim Ahmed (born 5 November 1988) is an Indian first-class cricketer [1] who currently plays for Assam. He has represented India at the U-19 level and plays in the IPL for the Mumbai Indians. He has also represented ICL India XI, Kolkata Tigers & Royal Bengal Tigers in the now defunct ICL.[1] He is a right-arm fast bowler and right-handed lower order batsman.
He played his first game for the Mumbai Indians in the third season of the IPL in which he consistently bowled at speeds in excess of 140 km/h [2]
